The NC Clerks Association Cookbook, FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE SEA, is being reprinted by Morris Press and will be ready for distribution by June 2011. Over 400 books were sold when the Cookbook was first published in 2004 chocked full of great “mama cooking” dinner entrees, desserts, appetizers and a lot of “helpful hints” for those who are culinary challenged. Clerks from all over North Carolina submitted recipes along with some funny bylines that would make Paula Dean jealous in that it’s good reading also! Recently there’s been a demand for more Cookbooks and the Association decided to repeat this delicious project so start “pre-selling” because they’ll go fast. FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE SEA will sell for $12.00 each. The Cookbook Committee will work to distribute these to all Clerks who have orders to fill.
